2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the client.

The initial booking retainer is non-refundable, as it secures the event date and covers initial administrative work, consultation, planning, and preparation.

If the client cancels the event, the following cancellation fees apply, calculated against the total contract value:

When You CancelAmount Payable

More than 90 days before the event

30% retainer retained

61–90 days before the event

50% of total contract value

Any payments already made will be credited toward the applicable cancellation fee. If the amount paid is less than the applicable fee, the outstanding balance will become due. Any refund due, if applicable, will be processed after outstanding amounts are reconciled.

3. Third-Party Costs and Custom Orders

The client is responsible for costs already incurred or committed on their behalf before cancellation, including but not limited to:

  • ✦Floral purchases and special-order materials
  • ✦Custom installations, signage, stationery, and fabricated décor
  • ✦Rental orders and supplier cancellation fees
  • ✦Venue, entertainment, production, and other third-party services arranged through the company

These costs may be non-refundable and may be payable in addition to the applicable cancellation fee where they are not already included in it. No double recovery will apply.

4. Postponements and Date Changes

Requests to postpone or change the event date must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and written approval.

A date change is not automatically guaranteed. Additional administrative, planning, supplier, rental, or rescheduling fees may apply. Any deposits or payments transferred to a new date will be subject to the company’s written approval and the terms of applicable supplier agreements.

5. Force Majeure

If circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control prevent the event from proceeding, both parties will work in good faith to determine whether rescheduling is possible. Any payments, refunds, credits, or outstanding obligations will be addressed in accordance with the contract, applicable supplier agreements, and applicable law.

6. Late or Outstanding Payments

Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in suspension of planning, withholding of services, or cancellation of the booking, subject to the terms of the agreement and applicable law. The company will provide written notice of overdue payments and any steps required to bring the account up to date.

7. Acknowledgement

By signing the agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the payment schedule and cancellation policy outlined above.
